Privacy Policy.

Effective: April 10, 2026. Your data is your property. Our architecture reflects that.

1. The Private Node Guarantee

Because every PAI runs on a Dedicated AWS Node, we have zero technical access to your conversation logs, uploaded files, or research outputs. Your intelligence stays locally encrypted on your solo instance.

2. Zero Data Monetization

We do not, and will never, sell your data to third-party advertisers. We are an infrastructure-as-a-service provider, not a data brokerage.

3. Payment Processing

All financial transactions are handled securely via PayPal. PAI does not store your credit card information. Your billing relationship is between you and the payment provider.

4. Administrative Access

Administrative access to your node is limited to system maintenance and stability updates. These actions are logged and are performed strictly to ensure the uptime of your personal instance.

5. Google API Services — User Data Disclosure

GetMyPersonalAI's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Accessed

When you connect your Google account, your personal AI assistant may access the following Google user data on your behalf and only when you explicitly request it:

  • Gmail — email messages, labels, threads, and the ability to send email on your behalf
  • Google Calendar — calendar events (read, create, update, delete)
  • Google Drive — file listings and metadata; document content when you request it
  • Google Docs & Sheets — document and spreadsheet content when you request it
  • Google Contacts — contact names and email addresses to assist with composing emails

Data Usage

Google user data is used exclusively to fulfil tasks you explicitly request from your personal AI assistant — for example, "search my inbox for invoices", "create a calendar event for Friday", or "summarise this Google Doc". Specifically:

  • Data is fetched in real time from Google's APIs at the moment you make a request. It is not continuously monitored or scraped.
  • Data is processed only on your dedicated private node by your personal AI assistant. It is never sent to third-party AI providers or analytics services.
  • Email drafts and outgoing messages are always shown to you for confirmation before sending, unless you have explicitly configured automatic sending.
  • Google user data is not used to train AI models, build advertising profiles, or for any purpose other than responding to your direct instructions.

Data Storage

  • OAuth refresh token — stored encrypted in our database and in your private node's secure environment. Used solely to obtain short-lived access tokens from Google when you make a request.
  • Access tokens — short-lived, stored only in memory on your private node, never written to persistent storage.
  • Email/calendar/drive content — not persistently stored. Content fetched from Google is used to generate a response and is not retained after the session.

Data Sharing

Your Google user data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or disclosed to any third party. It is processed solely within your private node infrastructure to serve your direct requests. We do not share Google user data with other GetMyPersonalAI subscribers.

Revoking Access

You may revoke GetMyPersonalAI's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account Permissions. You may also contact us at support@getmypersonalai.com to request deletion of your stored OAuth token.
