Because every PAI runs on a Dedicated AWS Node, we have zero technical access to your conversation logs, uploaded files, or research outputs. Your intelligence stays locally encrypted on your solo instance.
We do not, and will never, sell your data to third-party advertisers. We are an infrastructure-as-a-service provider, not a data brokerage.
All financial transactions are handled securely via PayPal. PAI does not store your credit card information. Your billing relationship is between you and the payment provider.
Administrative access to your node is limited to system maintenance and stability updates. These actions are logged and are performed strictly to ensure the uptime of your personal instance.
GetMyPersonalAI's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect your Google account, your personal AI assistant may access the following Google user data on your behalf and only when you explicitly request it:
Google user data is used exclusively to fulfil tasks you explicitly request from your personal AI assistant — for example, "search my inbox for invoices", "create a calendar event for Friday", or "summarise this Google Doc". Specifically:
Your Google user data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or disclosed to any third party. It is processed solely within your private node infrastructure to serve your direct requests. We do not share Google user data with other GetMyPersonalAI subscribers.
You may revoke GetMyPersonalAI's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account Permissions. You may also contact us at support@getmypersonalai.com to request deletion of your stored OAuth token.
