PAI provides a managed infrastructure service that deploys a dedicated, solo instance of LLM-based agents on AWS for the customer. We are responsible for the uptime and management of the node, while the customer is responsible for the usage of the agent.
We offer a 3-day trial for $1. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the monthly rate specified at checkout. You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting support.
Customers agree not to use PAI for illegal activities, including but not limited to the generation of harmful content, mass spamming, or attempting to compromise the security of other digital systems. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the node.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods already charged.
The $1 trial charge is non-refundable once your private agent container has been provisioned. If provisioning fails due to a technical error on our end, we will refund the $1 trial charge in full.
To cancel, log in to your PayPal account and cancel the subscription, or contact us at support@getmypersonalai.com and we will cancel it for you within 24 hours.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, PAI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
